Boat Slips
What size boats can you accommodate?
Sun Life Concord Marina offers over 400 wet slips accommodating boats up to 60 feet in length. We have both covered and uncovered options in various sizes to fit everything from personal watercraft to large cruisers.
How do I rent a boat slip?
Contact our marina office at (865) 966-5831 or fill out the quote request form on our Dock With Us page. Our team will discuss availability, pricing, and lease terms based on your vessel specifications.
What shore power options are available?
We offer 50amp, 30amp, and 20amp shore power connections to accommodate vessels of all sizes. Our premium slips also include fresh water hookups at every slip.
Do you have covered slips?
Yes! We offer both covered and uncovered wet slips. Covered slips provide extra protection from sun and weather. Contact us to check availability for covered slips in your boat size range.
Do you offer PWC or jet ski slips?
Yes, we have dedicated PWC (personal watercraft) slips designed specifically for jet skis. These feature easy dock access, rinse stations, and well-lit areas for your convenience.
Are new slips available?
Yes! We are expanding with new slips coming in Spring 2026. Contact us to learn about pre-leasing opportunities and get first access to our expansion.
Boat Rentals
Do I need a boating license to rent a pontoon?
Tennessee does not require a boating license to operate a rental pontoon boat. However, all renters must be at least 25 years old and complete a brief safety orientation before departure.
What is included with pontoon boat rentals?
All rentals include life jackets for all passengers, a safety kit, anchor, lake map, and a cooler. Fuel is not included—boats depart with a full tank and renters are responsible for fuel costs to refill upon return. Our Party Barge also includes a water slide, swim platform, and onboard restroom.
Can I rent a boat for multiple days or overnight?
Yes! We offer multi-day and overnight rentals. For multi-day or overnight bookings, please call (865) 469-5653 directly to arrange your reservation.
Are pets allowed on rental boats?
No, pets are not permitted on our rental boats. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of all guests and helps us maintain our fleet in top condition.
Which boat is best for large groups?
For large groups up to 16 people, our 30-foot Party Barge is the perfect choice. It features a water slide, swim platform, onboard restroom, and plenty of space for celebrations and gatherings.
Can all boats tow water sports equipment?
Most of our fleet can tow tubes, skis, and wakeboards. However, the SunTracker (20-foot pontoon) is not equipped for towing water sports equipment. Ask about our Tritoon options if water sports are your priority.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays during peak season (May-September). Same-day rentals may be available but are not guaranteed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations by the marina are fully refunded.
Amenities
What are your fuel dock hours?
Our fuel dock is open during marina hours. We offer non-ethanol 87 octane gasoline to keep your boat running smoothly and protect your engine from ethanol-related issues.
Is there a restaurant at the marina?
Yes! Lakeside Tavern Bar & Grill offers waterfront dining right at the marina. Enjoy burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, and a full bar while watching the boats on Fort Loudoun Lake.
What can I buy at the ship's store?
Our fully-stocked ship's store carries snacks, drinks, ice, sunscreen, basic boating supplies, fishing gear, and marina apparel. Perfect for grabbing last-minute essentials before heading out on the water.

Where is Sun Life Concord Marina located?
We are located at 10931 Concord Park Drive, Knoxville, TN 37922 on Fort Loudoun Lake (Tennessee River). We're easily accessible from I-40 and I-75.
What are your seasonal hours?
Summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day): Closed Monday; Tuesday-Sunday 9am-9pm
Fall: Closed Monday-Tuesday; Wednesday-Friday 9am-5pm; Saturday-Sunday 9am-7pm
Winter: Closed Monday-Tuesday; Wednesday-Saturday 9am-5pm; Sunday 12pm-5pm
Are you open year-round?
Yes, Sun Life Concord Marina is open year-round! Our hours vary by season—shorter in winter and extended during summer. Check our seasonal hours above or contact us to confirm current operating hours.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available for slip holders and boat rental customers. We have ample parking near the docks for easy loading and unloading.
What is the Compass Club?
The Compass Club is our exclusive membership program offering fuel discounts, preferred rates at Margaritaville resorts, and special benefits at participating marine retailers like West Marine.
What is the Tennessee Valley Clean Marina certification?
